The email marketing autoresponder series report.

The email marketing report explains the importance of walking your customers through the product, making sure they understand what is available to them, and how to get going. If they bought your product, you would have separated them onto a separate email autoresponder message sequence.

If on the other hand you are only promoting an affiliate product, you will not know which customers (prospects) have bought the product or not. Your messages should then discuss the ins and outs of the product in a ‘general manner’ highlighting the good points, that way if they have bought they will be reminded of the content, and if they haven’t bought, they can get excited about what they don’t have, and will hopefully go and buy it.

Page 27 of the report highlights the importance of being friendly. Make sure your emails are friendly, and watch the tone of your emails…The language should not be offensive or too direct. Remember you are trying to build customers for life. Look after them and respect their notion, after all, they are only a click away from
